Privacy policy
The short version: the meter runs in your browser. The answers you choose are worked out on your own device and are never sent to us or stored on a server. There are no accounts, and we never ask for your name or email.
Who we are
Find My Man (also called the Delulu Meter) is the website at delulumeter.ai, operated from Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the people who run it. You can reach us at hello@delulumeter.ai.
Your answers stay on your device
Every calculation happens in your browser using statistics built into the page. Your requirements (status, orientation, criminal record, age, body fat, height and income) are not sent anywhere, and we can't see them.
The only thing the page saves is the last country and state you picked, so it's still selected on your next visit. It sits in your browser's local storage under the name fmm-region, never leaves your device, and disappears if you clear this site's data.
What our hosting provider receives
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives the technical details your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. It uses them to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We don't currently run analytics or tracking tools of our own. If we add them, we'll update this page first.
Fonts from Google
The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To send them, Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
Advertising
We show, or plan to show, ads served by Google AdSense to keep the site free. When ads appear:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can opt out of other vendors' personalised ads at aboutads.info, or at youronlinechoices.eu in Europe.
- If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalised ads are shown.
Google explains how it uses this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. We never pass your meter answers to Google or any advertiser.
Affiliate links
Some links on the site may be affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer you visit may set its own cookies to record the referral, under its own privacy policy.
Adults only
The site is meant for adults aged 18 and over. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your rights
Because your answers never reach us, we usually hold no personal information about you at all. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Australian Privacy Principles, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws (including California's) give you rights to ask what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain uses. Email hello@delulumeter.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. For information held by Cloudflare or Google, use their own controls. We don't sell personal information.
If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local privacy regulator. In Australia, that's the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Where data is processed
Cloudflare and Google run servers worldwide, so the technical details they receive may be processed outside your country, under their own safeguards.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
